Le double CD de la bande sonore est enfin arrivé. Pour rappel, pour recevoir cette bande originale, il fallait avant le 20 janvier 2015 enregistrer les deux jeux Super Smash Bros. sur Nintendo Wii U et Super Smash Bros. sur Nintendo 3DS.
Le coffret est arrivé dans une simple lettre à bulles sans aucun document Nintendo.
Intitulé Premium Sound Selection, la compilation contient 72 musiques issues des deux jeux : un CD rouge pour la version Nintendo 3DS et un CD Bleu pour la version Wii U.
